Cedric de Coning

Cedric de Coning is a Research Professor with the Peace, Conflict and Development Research Group at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), where he coordinates the Effectiveness of Peace Operations Network (EPON) and co-convenes the NUPI Center on United Nations and Global Governance.
