I am a California transplant to the beautiful Missouri Ozarks. Licensed since 1989 in California as a real estate agent then Broker in 2000, I have also obtained my Missouri Broker Salesperson license & am working on Arkansas Broker Associate license. Real estate is in my blood! My mother was a Realtor and so is my little sister, Cindy Hodges Caldwell. Cindy & I are a team working with Tri-Lakes Realtors in Branson West, Missouri. Education is very important and a required element of being the best Realtor possible. I have obtained several designations byway of furthering my education ie: GRI, SRES, RECS, ePRO & MRE. Other than listing & selling real estate, I enjoy my family visiting, the lake & my cows. Life doesn't get any better. Selling real estate here in southwest Missouri is like being on vacation everyday!!
