Di Yin

Di Yin is the Founder and Director of DIY Lending, a Sydney-based mortgage brokerage helping home buyers, property investors and borrowers find lending options suited to their property finance needs. With more than 10 years of experience in the finance industry, Di has developed her expertise across banking, lending support and mortgage broking. Her career includes experience with Commonwealth Bank, Cape Finance Group and Shore Financial before she founded DIY Lending in 2022. Di specialises in residential and investment property finance, refinancing and strategic loan structuring. As a property investor herself, she understands the importance of considering not only the immediate finance required for a property purchase, but also how a loan structure may affect financial flexibility and future property plans. Her approach is centred on making complex lending easier to understand. Di takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and objectives before considering suitable lending options and strategies. She focuses on providing personalised guidance for property investors and clients with more complex lending requirements. Di holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and a Master of Finance from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Through DIY Lending, she combines her finance education, industry experience and practical understanding of property investment to provide clear, considered and personalised lending guidance.
