Empathy and compassion are at the core of every single high-performing team. I believe that the intangibleness of building a close-knit tribe at work brings tangible benefits to a business. The more an organization removes barriers in effectively consuming data driven insights, the more competitive it becomes. Getting Business Intelligence right is the first step. Predictive Modelling and Artificial Intelligence can follow later. In pursuit of living my values described above, I empathetically analyze processes and business strategies from the user's perspective and design interventions. I am a helper. I passionately learn skills that enable me to make a difference. I am a seeker; constantly in search of knowledge that can make me a better human both at home and at work. I love listening to experts talk about their evidence-based research; incorporate their wisdom into my life and analyze whether it makes a difference personally. I started off my journey as a process transformation specialist by devoting extra time and effort into creating spreadsheet applications that improve productivity at the workplace. Since then, I have designed and implemented innumerable processes using Excel, SQL, Power BI and Python for organizations, ranging from simple dashboards for a novelty shop to complex actuarial models for multinational insurers. My roots in Operation Research and Industrial Engineering perennially motivates me to design processes that are accurate, optimized for use and error proofed. My successful track record in every organization I have been in is proof I have the people skills required to drive change. I love tackling complex problems. I enjoy training my clients, both internal and external, on the principles and techniques I use to solve problems. I have always been able to equip myself with the skills needed to solve a problem and that I believe is my greatest strength. Most of the people who have significantly influenced my life were enthusiastic academicians. I believe that the greatest gift in life is having a nurturing mentor, and I aspire to being one.
