I am a Canadian girl who spent the last three years travelling the world. Now, I've decided to stay in Canada for a bit and rediscover my roots after having been away for so long. It's also a chance for me to rediscover just what it is that makes me so proud to be Canadian. I love yoga and I like running. I'm passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and I'm keen on learning more about community gardening and sustainable, minimalist living.
