J. Barry Watts is the Chief Tax Strategist of WealthCare Corporation, Director of Springfield Operations for the Foundation for Financial Education, and host of the *Watts on Wealth* radio show and *The Truth About Taxes and Retirement* podcast. With more than 31 years of experience in financial and retirement planning, Barry helps individuals and families reduce taxes, protect wealth, and build lasting legacies. A former minister and Certified Financial Planner™ professional, he is known for translating complex financial concepts into practical strategies people can understand and apply. Barry has taught at the University of Missouri, Missouri State University, Drury University, and College of the Ozarks. He and his wife Kelly live outside Springfield, Missouri, where they raise a variety of animals on their family farm and enjoy supporting their two daughters' academic, athletic, and musical pursuits.
