Just a crazy red-head that loves to cook garden and ride harleys! My friends i are always having bbq's, pot-luck dinners, so, I've been known to have some really great food...haha, i must, they keep coming back for more! I have 4 boys who have healthy appetites as well! I was born in Dalhart, TX and lived out in the country, and that is where i learned to cook. My grandmother was always cooking, and my mother as well. We grew up on chicken-fried steak and tators-hahahaha, but as the years went on, I decided to expand my horizon to more healthy food. Don't get me wrong, I still eat all those great country foods , but in moderation!
