Thomas V. Sannicandro, JD, PhD, is a renowned advocate and leader in the civil rights of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With over 20 years of legal practice in the disability sector, he has helped enforce civil rights for individuals and families. Sannicandro has also contributed significantly to disability policy research globally and lectured at prestigious institutions like Harvard University Law School and the University of Massachusetts.
