Terrance Newton

I checked into a VA Hospital shortly after my honorable discharge from the military in May of 1977 at the age of 20 years old. I have had a humble career for over 40+ years in all aspects of recovery from long-term residential treatment to outpatient, developing sober living facilities, detoxification, medical professionals, gambling treatment, RCO's and advocacy at the state level. I serve on a board for a non-profit organization for prevention, I also serve on the MAADAC board in Michigan and I serve in a county commission assigned capacity of a 21county pre-paid inpatient health plan which contracts with treatment and prevention providers from a 21 county area. I also have served as an active Rotarian for the past 23 years and have been the past president of the club and I am the current secretary.
